2. What shipping options are available?
We offer these to U.S. customers:
Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
Express: 3–6 business days
Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your case is on its way!
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged cases in original packaging. If your case arrives damaged, defective, or wrong model, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
